The Nagarjuna Bhavi (Well), this is the place from where the people of the Maleyuru village (situated at a distance of 2 Kms from Kanakagiri) used to take water for domestic purposes when no water was found in the village at the times of sever drought. The area enclosed with in the black circle is the place where Acharya Pujyapada and other Jaina ascetics used to sit for preparing the Ayurvedic herbs and medicines. |
